From Rusty Crossland:
I thought you would enjoy the following from my Mom Caroline (Ralph's Wife) who, as many of you know, served in the Women's Army Corp during WWII. She recently attend a very special ceremony in Washington where she was inducted into a special Memorial to include a portrait that will hang forever as a testimony to her contribution. I know many of you would like to say "thanks" also. Her email address is: cmcrossland@aol.com

To the Women in the Military Service for America Memorial Staff:

I wanted to write a note to express my heartfelt thanks for all of your efforts in making my experience at the Women in the Military Service for America Memorial one of the high points of my life.
This week, my daughter Teri and I spent two days in DC at the Memorial. From the exchanges with other military women, to arranging for my oral history, to a personal tour, and finally to the raising and folding of the flag ceremony in the Hall of Honor—I could not have asked for more.

I felt honored and very special. The pride and emotion I feel about being part of this amazing group of women is beyond words.

Thank you again for making this a most memorable experience.

Sincerely,

Caroline (Argenti) Crossland
